Our Services

Short-term rehab

If you're being discharged from a hospital, short-term rehabilitation can help "bridge the gap" between hospital and home-and give you the extra time you need to get back on your feet again.
Our centers offer a complete range of subacute and post-surgical care services. Some also offer the award-winning STAR Rehab program, to help you get back your energy and independence as quickly as possible.
